Self-hosted OSS model operations

Harden Scaleway and future open-source sidecars with health checks, capacity planning, and runbooks.

Products stay distinct, but share account, routing, work-unit, trigger, and audit primitives.

Flags before blast radius

Captain, Trade, and multi-model can ship dark, canary gradually, and roll back independently.

Privacy is a product boundary

Captain context does not cross into Code or Trade unless the user opts in.

Approval before consequence

Code asks on risk, Captain asks before cross-product actions, and Trade asks before execution-like moves.
